Well hey, at least they avoided a shutdown and cut a few billion from the budget.  Frankly, over here at AmeriGobble the crew is getting a little tired of all the squabbling and grandstanding in Washington over the budget, deficit and debt.  If you are going to squabble make it count and solve the deficit, not just slow its’ growth as the debt piles high.  All political rhetoric with no concrete results! Shouldn’t we expect more?

We’re very concerned here at AmeriGobble over the rapidly rising gas prices! Gas is already at $4 a gallon in many states and will surely be coming to the whole nation very soon. And the scary thing is it doesn’t look like it will stop there. We know here at AmeriGobble that the American consumer and economy are very resilient, but we wonder how much more of a headwind we can take.
